Refunds & Cancellations

The short version

Pro comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Business and Enterprise are billed at signup with no trial, but you can cancel any future renewal at any time. We do not auto-renew cancelled subscriptions. Refunds outside the policy are at our discretion and reviewed individually.

1. Pro plan: 14-day money-back guarantee

If you signed up for Pro and decide Markazer is not for you, email support within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will refund your full first payment.

  • The window starts on the date Markazer receives your first payment.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically reach your bank within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Once refunded, your account access is removed.

2. Business and Enterprise plans

Business and Enterprise plans are billed in full at signup and do not include the 14-day money-back guarantee. We make this clear at checkout. You can still cancel future renewals at any time through Settings, and you keep full access to the platform until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after that date.

  • No partial refund is issued for unused days within a paid cycle.
  • You retain full access to all platform features until the cycle ends.
  • After the cycle ends, your account is paused. Your data is kept for thirty days in case you want to resume.
  • After thirty days of cancellation, your business records and content are deleted.

4. Failed renewal payments

If your card fails on a renewal attempt, Markazer marks the subscription as past due and retries the charge a few times over the following days. You receive an email each time we try. If all retries fail, the subscription is suspended and you can update your payment method to resume.

5. Pricing changes

If we change the price of a plan, current subscribers keep their existing price for the remainder of the current subscription term. New pricing applies at the next renewal, and we notify you by email at least thirty days in advance so you can cancel before the new price kicks in if you choose to.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, contact us at support@markazer.com before raising a chargeback. We resolve most cases within two business days. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in your account being suspended pending review.

7. Contact

All refund and cancellation requests go to support@markazer.com. Include your account email and the subscription you want refunded or cancelled. We respond within one business day.
